Investor Rights - Fight for your right!

There is just a small chance for individual investors to enforce their rights against large corporations. Even if courts have already ruled in favor of individual investors, companies often refuse to serve legitimate claims outside of court proceedings.

A lawsuit is associated with high litigation costs for every investor, which must first be prefinanced. There are no real mass lawsuits (like in the US) in Germany. The existing procedures, such as the model investor procedure or the newly introduced "Musterfeststellungsklage" are inefficient and lengthy.

In addition, most legal expenses insurance policies do not cover investor processes and the individual investor bears the full litigation risk. Independent enforcement thus becomes a high financial risk. Very few investors therefore make their justified claims.

Investor Rights bundles the claims of many investors and enforces their rights effectively and quickly. Depending on the case, we offer risk-free models and low-cost participation models. With the risk-free model, we assume all court costs as well as your own and opposing lawyer's costs - you therefore bear no cost risk. Resource-saving and professional management and strong cooperation partners result in cost advantages that we can pass on to you directly. In order to achieve the best results for you, we have specialized in a few legal areas and concentrate our resources exclusively on them.

Thanks to our special expertise and experienced cooperation partners in this area, we have specific specialist knowledge, which is essential for effective enforcement. This is implemented by integrating the latest IT services, which enables us to coordinate and bundle large groups of investors.
